DUNGENESS
CRAB BLT'S
4 cups Dungeness crab meat
1 tsp. lemon juice and zest
11/2 tbl Mayonaise
2 tbl Chopped black olives
8 Slices of bacon
4 French rolls
Leaf lettuce
Butter for toasting
Combine Crab, lemon + zest,
mayo and black olives in a large
mixing bowl.
Butter rolls, In a large skillet grill
rolls on one side until golden
brown. Assemble
crab mixture on top of rolls add
two slices of bacon,lettuce and
tomato on each
sandwich cut on the bias and
enjoy with a local amber brew.
